### Must have:

### - We require a bachelors degree in a related field from a four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. - We look for at least two years of relevant experience in Quality and EHS. - We need the ability to read, interpret, and analyze business publications, technical documents, and regulatory materials. - We expect strong written communication skills for reports, correspondence, and procedure documentation. - We value the ability to present information clearly and respond effectively to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the public. - We require sound judgment and problem-solving skills, including the ability to define issues, gather data, establish facts, and reach valid conclusions. - We need the capability to interpret technical instructions, including mathematical or diagram-based information, and manage multiple variables. - We expect proficiency with database, risk management, project management, spreadsheet, and word processing software. - We require willingness to travel to our other locations and customer sites. - We prefer candidates who can support quality and EHS compliance in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

- We ensure day-to-day compliance with our Quality Management System and Environmental, Health and Safety Program at the local level. - We help maintain ISO and EPA certifications through consistent compliance efforts. - We conduct and document plant safety walkthroughs and drive corrective actions and improvements. - We manage safety records and maintain documentation, including SDS files. - We monitor regulatory requirements, track changes, and support ongoing agency compliance. - We serve as the management representative for compliance audits and assessments. - We recommend personal protective equipment for different plant functions. - We lead investigations into local environmental and safety incidents and may support complex regional cases. - We provide weekly safety topics for supervisors to review with employees. - We address and resolve safety-related concerns across the facility. - We develop and deliver safety training programs. - We uphold quality standards for equipment maintenance and repair activities. - We act as the main quality resource for supervisors, team leaders, and employees on issue resolution, nonconformance reporting, and continuous improvement. - We coordinate and lead monthly quality meetings. - We support process control, process improvement, testing, and inspection activities. - We manage our ISO document control system and participate in internal and external ISO quality audits. - We lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for nonconformances. - We oversee nonconformance reporting and customer complaint tracking systems. - We review customer purchase orders, contracts, and change requests to ensure quality and process requirements are included. - We report quality issues and trends to management. - We review supplier purchase orders and establish supplier quality expectations.
