### Must have:

### - We require senior-level cloud engineering experience, with 5+ years for Level 3 or 9+ years for Level 4, depending on education background. - We require a bachelors degree in a related field, or an advanced degree with the corresponding experience threshold; equivalent professional experience may substitute for formal education. - We require an active U.S. Secret security clearance, with the ability to obtain TS/SCI eligibility. - We need demonstrated hands-on experience with AWS GovCloud. - We need practical experience deploying and operating applications in Amazon ECS. - We require proficiency in building and maintaining infrastructure with AWS CloudFormation. - We require experience designing serverless solutions using AWS Lambda. - We need strong infrastructure-as-code expertise with Terraform and Terragrunt. - We require a solid understanding of cloud networking concepts and architectures. - We require experience applying cloud security best practices in operational environments. - We need working knowledge of the DoD Risk Management Framework and Authority to Operate processes. - We prefer experience with CrowdStrike security tooling. - We prefer experience running containerized workloads with AWS Fargate. - We prefer an active TS/SCI clearance. - We require adequate visual acuity and manual dexterity to perform the role effectively.

Responsibilities:

- We manage infrastructure, configuration, and policy as code for an AWS-based DevSecOps environment. - We provision cloud environments through automated delivery pipelines. - We apply STIG requirements and other security safeguards across the environment. - We implement Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) solutions. - We create and support development, staging, and production environments. - We automate application deployment and configuration management. - We maintain shared enterprise capabilities such as ICAM services, data stores, and security scanners. - We oversee observability, logging, and alerting functions. - We establish and sustain service level agreements. - We collaborate with senior architects to design and deploy cloud infrastructure that supports mission operations. - We support the operation of a secure cloud-based software development environment and production runtime.
