Overview

Join a growing technical services team supporting critical water treatment systems used in pharmaceutical, biotech, and industrial environments. This role is ideal for a hands-on Field Service Engineer with electro-mechanical troubleshooting experience who enjoys travel, customer interaction, and solving complex technical challenges.

What You Will Be Doing

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on water treatment equipment and systems.

• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, control, and automation issues both remotely and on-site.

• Commission new equipment and systems at customer locations.

• Complete commissioning reports, service documentation, and maintenance records.

• Train customer personnel on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.

• Diagnose and repair pumps, valves, motors, instrumentation, and related equipment.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional technical support.

• Travel throughout the region and occasionally across North America to support customer sites.

What You Will Need

• Associate degree, vocational training, or equivalent hands-on technical experience.

• 3--5 years of field service, maintenance, commissioning, or electro-mechanical troubleshooting experience.

• Experience working with pumps, valves, motors, and industrial equipment.

• Experience with electrical/control panels, PLCs, instrumentation, and plant automation systems.

• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, mechanical drawings, and P\&IDs.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently in a customer-facing environment.

• Proficiency with Windows-based software and computer systems.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• Ability to travel as required and work flexible hours when needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Water treatment industry experience.

• Experience commissioning industrial process systems.

• Experience tuning control loops and troubleshooting instrumentation.

• Pharmaceutical, biotech, manufacturing, or industrial process experience
