The position offers the chance to lead a key discipline locally while being supported by a wider national platform.

About the Company

This organisation operates as a full-service consultancy, bringing together civil engineering, environmental and geotechnical capabilities under one roof.

Employee ownership model, offering a pathway into long-term equity and leadership
The business operates with a strong focus on accountability, collaboration and long-term client partnership.

The Opportunity

This role is suited to someone looking to move beyond delivery into a position where they can lead a discipline, influence strategy and build a team.
You will take ownership of a growing civil engineering group, with autonomy to develop the team while leveraging support from experienced leadership and technical specialists across the wider business.
The position combines:
Discipline leadership
Project oversight
