We are partnered with a nationally recognised engineering and environmental consultancy to appoint a Senior Civil Project Manager into their Cincinnati team.

The Opportunity
This role is ideal for a Senior Engineer or Project Manager looking to step into a position with broader responsibility across both delivery and client engagement.
You will play a key role in leading projects, managing client relationships, and supporting office growth within an established but expanding market.
The role combines:
Project leadership
Technical design oversight
Permitting and regulatory coordination
Client development and relationship management
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and permitting of land development projects across residential, commercial, institutional, industrial, and mixed-use sectors
Manage projects through the full lifecycle from concept through completion
Oversee technical aspects including site layout, grading, drainage, utilities, and infrastructure design
Deliver stormwater management design, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, and SWPPP preparation
Work closely with office leadership to support growth plans and ensure strong team utilisation
Develop and maintain client relationships while contributing to new business development
Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams including environmental and geotechnical groups
Support proposal development and technical reporting
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to overall team development
Technical Scope
Full site/civil design delivery
Grading, drainage, utilities, and infrastructure
Stormwater management and modelling
Permitting and entitlement processes
Integration with environmental and geotechnical engineering
What They're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
10+ years of relevant site/civil engineering experience, with a focus on land development
Licensed Professional Engineer
Strong experience across a range of project types and scales
Proven ability to lead projects and manage client relationships
Experience with AutoCAD or Civil 3D
Ability to contribute to business development and support office growth
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organisational capabilities
Comfortable working both independently and within a team environment
Ability to travel locally for client meetings and site visits
