We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Act as an Intent Manager for a Kanban team, planning and prioritizing work requests from other SCRUM teams and business partners.
• Analyze changes required for a critical quoting application to deliver necessary business solutions.
• Design, code, document, and test solutions, ensuring they align with the overall technical architecture and meet acceptance criteria.
• Support defect resolution, technical system activities, and overall system health.
• Follow software development lifecycle processes and assist with test planning and execution.
• Understand and adhere to change control processes for implementing solutions.

What You'll Need

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience with strong JAVA programming skills and production support experience.
• 6+ years of professional experience in technology or a related field.
• 6+ years of application development experience with Java, Oracle, JBoss, Apache Web Server, Spring, JSON, and APIs.
• 3+ years of experience coordinating deliveries, communicating with stakeholders, and assisting with prioritization.
• Excellent analytical and detail-oriented skills to understand complex business logic and system impact.
• Experience working in a cross-functional team environment with strong problem-solving abilities.
