Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Autonomous Vehicle Performance Metrics to work on a contractual basis. This person will contribute to making autonomous vehicles a safe, reliable, and accessible reality by working on performance metrics. The successful candidate will be part of a team that is changing the world by developing innovative autonomous vehicle solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• The Senior Software Engineer will design and develop software systems to measure and analyze the performance of autonomous vehicles.
• The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, robotics, and artificial intelligence, to develop and implement autonomous vehicle performance metrics.
• The Senior Software Engineer will work on developing and maintaining large-scale software systems, leveraging expertise in software development, machine learning, and data analysis.
• The candidate will participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the overall quality of the software systems.
• The Senior Software Engineer will troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of autonomous vehicle performance metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• The candidate should have a strong background in software development, with proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java, and experience with software development methodologies such as Agile.
• The Senior Software Engineer should have a solid understanding of machine learning and data analysis concepts, with experience working with large datasets and developing predictive models.
• The candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions.
• The Senior Software Engineer should have experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, robotics, and artificial intelligence, and be able to communicate technical concepts effectively.
• The candidate should have a strong understanding of autonomous vehicle systems and performance metrics, with experience working in the automotive or technology industry.
