### Must have:

### - We require a Bachelor of Science in Engineering or an equivalent degree. - We are looking for 10 years of experience in an engineering discipline, with testing experience preferred. - We value a strong background in test and reliability engineering for electromechanical medical devices. - We expect familiarity with engineering activities related to product evaluation, limits assessment, and lifecycle improvements. - We need experience working collaboratively with team members and leadership to support project, departmental, and company goals.

Responsibilities:

- We develop and execute testing for electromechanical medical devices across the full product lifecycle. - We conduct environmental testing, including temperature, humidity, and altitude assessments. - We perform shock and vibration testing, reliability testing, ship testing, dust ingress testing, and water ingress testing. - We carry out electrical, EMC, and EMI testing. - We design test fixtures to support verification and validation activities. - We create and maintain test protocols and test plans throughout the development cycle using Helix ALM. - We support sub-level testing for electrical and mechanical components as well as system-level electromechanical testing. - We perform design verification testing and design validation testing. - We evaluate product performance to identify limitations and opportunities for improvement. - We take on additional duties as assigned.

We are seeking an engineer to join our test and reliability team and/or contribute within a project team in our molecular R\&D group. In this role, we focus on testing and evaluating electromechanical medical devices to better define product limits and drive improvements throughout the product lifecycle. We offer the opportunity to work closely with a collaborative team and leadership while supporting important engineering initiatives across the department and company.
