### Must have:

### - Hands-on experience with electronic trading platforms and low-latency trading workflows. - Strong background in integration and protocol troubleshooting, with the ability to diagnose issues in production-like environments. - Development experience in C++, C#, and Java. - Working knowledge of both Unix and Windows operating systems. - Familiarity with futures and bond contracts, as well as market structure, is preferred. - Understanding of global markets and trading processes is preferred. - Excellent communication skills for working with traders and operations teams. - Ability to perform effectively in time-sensitive, high-pressure support situations.

Responsibilities:

- Provide Level 3 support for a low-latency electronic trading platform. - Partner with traders in AMRS and coordinate escalations with the trading platform vendor. - Oversee application governance, including maintenance of trading feeds into surveillance and audit systems. - Review and execute enterprise security requirements for trading applications. - Carry out QA work, assess application changes, and run tests to validate releases. - Support integration initiatives using Java with the vendors systems across Unix and Windows environments.
