### Must have:

### - Broad solution design experience spanning Linux and Windows environments, with exposure to Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript, vendor applications, Tomcat/JBoss, and data/analytics platforms - Strong DevOps background using Jenkins, Ansible/Tower, Jira, Git/Bitbucket, Artifactory, SonarQube, GitHub, GitHub Actions, and Harness - Experience designing or developing complex, integrated, high-volume systems with caching, replication, load balancing, and clustering - Solid security knowledge covering AAA, token-based authentication, OAuth/OIDC, and encryption - Hands-on proof-of-concept experience with an ownership mindset and the ability to work with minimal supervision - Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and concise status reporting - Deep understanding of the SDLC, including requirements, build, test, deploy, release, and operations - Proficiency with PowerShell, databases, and either .NET or Java/J2EE application development - Preferred: experience with enterprise banking environments and Horizon SDLC tooling - Preferred: exposure to microservices and SOA enablement, API management, Kubernetes/Docker, service gateways/meshes, and Swagger/OpenAPI - Preferred: experience working in Agile environments with relevant tools - Preferred: familiarity with modern web UI frameworks such as Angular or React

- Define and refine enterprise technical standards, platforms, and shared services that support developer enablement - Lead solution architecture for integrated, high-volume applications with a focus on resiliency, performance, and security - Drive DevOps automation and CI/CD adoption using enterprise tools and governance controls - Perform hands-on proof-of-concept work to evaluate technologies, patterns, and their impact on platform solutions - Collaborate with near-shore and off-shore teams to deliver designs, implementations, and documentation in an Agile delivery model - Provide clear technical direction to developers and engineers, along with concise progress updates to product owners and scrum masters - Improve developer experience by enhancing workflows, controls, and platform capabilities
