### Must have:

### - We require a graduate degree, preferably an MS or higher, or graduate-level coursework in a quantitative field such as electrical engineering, industrial engineering, statistics, operations research, economics, computer science, data analytics, mathematics, or physics. - We need the ability to analyze and interpret complex electrical and mechanical systems and deliver quantitative engineering insights. - We expect knowledge of problem-solving methods and engineering theory, along with a solid grasp of engineering design principles, standards, codes, methods, and practices. - We look for at least 8 years of professional engineering or quantitative analyst experience. - We require deep expertise in a specialized engineering area and the ability to apply advanced engineering principles to resolve complex issues. - We need experience developing complex technical proposals and using mathematical techniques to answer business questions from available data. - We expect the ability to translate analytical findings into practical business recommendations. - We require programming experience in tools and languages such as MATLAB, Python, R, C , SQL, and VBA to build and maintain analytical models. - We look for at least three related career experiences in a quantitative and engineering discipline, or service as a lead member of a recognized industry committee. - Preferred qualifications include proficiency in Cascade, AS8, Power BI, Doble, system risk analysis, condition analysis, and health algorithms for T\&S assets. - We value strong teamwork, interpersonal ability, and clear communication with all management levels. - We prefer demonstrated industry leadership, a publication record, experience with multi-year research and analysis, and the ability to turn R\&D into practical solutions. - A Professional Engineer license, advanced technical degree, MBA, or Project Management Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities:

- We lead specialized assignments that require extensive quantitative analysis, research, and engineering expertise. - We develop and maintain analytical models and methodologies to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and explain results to management and senior leaders. - We evaluate, design, implement, and lead strategic engineering initiatives with major financial and operational impact. - We participate in department planning, recommend budgets, and monitor performance to achieve committed results. - We work independently and may lead multidisciplinary teams. - We serve as subject matter experts in quantitative engineering. - We may act as expert witnesses or provide expert opinions when needed. - We recommend and implement actions that improve performance and cost efficiency. - We provide training and guidance to others. - We participate in technical and industry organizations and committees to stay current on emerging technologies and issues. - We influence project decisions and strategy in ways that materially affect the company. - We apply technical expertise to support workplace safety and improve customer satisfaction. - We may work extended hours during storms or other energy delivery emergencies.
