About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior QA Engineer with strong experience in System Integration Testing (SIT), Functional Testing, API Validation, and defect management. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, stability, and reliability of enterprise applications by validating end-to-end business processes, integrations, and system workflows.

This role will primarily support testing activities for the RMB Platform, including integration testing, data validation, batch job testing, defect analysis, troubleshooting, and release validation across multiple interconnected applications and services.

The successful candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in Agile delivery environments with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

? Understand and analyze business, functional, and technical requirements.

? Design, review, and execute comprehensive SIT test scenarios and test cases.

? Ensure complete test coverage across business workflows, integrations, and system dependencies.

? Participate in requirement analysis, walkthroughs, and test planning sessions.

? Follow established QA standards, testing processes, and quality guidelines.

? Review test plans and ensure quality deliverables are produced consistently.

? Identify, log, track, and validate defects through closure.

? Validate end-to-end business processes and integration points across applications.

? Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.

Technical Responsibilities

? Execute System Integration Testing (SIT), Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Smoke Testing, and End-to-End Testing.

? Validate APIs, interfaces, batch jobs, and system integrations.

? Perform backend database validation using SQL queries.

? Troubleshoot technical issues and execution failures encountered during testing.

? Validate data consistency and integrity across multiple systems and applications.

? Analyze logs and assist in root cause analysis of application defects.

? Participate in defect triage discussions and collaborate with development teams for issue resolution.

? Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, test execution results, and defects.

? Support release validation and deployment verification activities.

? Assist in identifying testing process improvements and quality best practices.
