What You’ll Do:

Support the design and delivery of land development projects from concept through construction
Assist with site planning, grading, drainage design, and utility layout
Prepare and review plans for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments
Collaborate with project managers on schedules, technical tasks, and client coordination
Coordinate with local agencies to ensure compliance with permitting and zoning requirements
Contribute to mentoring junior engineers and supporting team development
Provide practical, cost-effective, and innovative design solutions for clients

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Texas P.E. license or ability to obtain via reciprocity (E.I.T. candidates considered)
3–5+ years of experience in land development engineering
Proficiency in design tools such as Civil 3D (or similar)
Strong understanding of grading, drainage, and site infrastructure design
Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively in a team environment
