This role centers on identifying yield issues by conducting electrical diagnostics and physical examination of failures. You will analyze data, locate failure mechanisms, and partner with multi-functional teams to improve device performance and stability. The position offers strong technical depth, hands-on analysis, and clear impact across development and production. Responsibilities: \* Analyze probe, parametric, and fab data to identify yield issues \* Perform electrical and physical failure analysis to resolve root causes \* Collaborate with process and integration teams to resolve yield detractors \* Develop and apply techniques to isolate and characterize device failures \* Present findings and support technology transfer to manufacturing sites Minimum Qualifications: \* Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, materials science, or related field \* 3+ years of experience in semiconductor yield analysis or failure analysis \* Understanding of semiconductor fabrication and device physics \* Experience with data analysis, statistics, or coding tools \* Ability to perform root cause analysis and communicate findings Preferred Qualifications: \* Master's degree or equivalent experience, or PhD in engineering, physics, materials science, or related field \* Experience with memory devices and architecture \* Hands-on experience with SEM, FIB, TEM, or related analysis tools \* Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills \* Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams Job Profile(s): Semiconductor Process Engineer 3 Relocation Level: TBD Before Getting Started Please review Micron's Internal Job Application Policy on your regional PeopleNow Career Opportunities page before searching and applying for jobs.
