The position requires strong experience with WebSphere, cloud-native platforms (OpenShift/Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and distributed technologies like Kafka and MongoDB. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor team members, troubleshoot complex production issues, and collaborate across teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions.
