Position: Electrical Engineer

Location: Tarrytown, NY (Onsite)

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with 4–8 years of hands-on experience in electrical design, subsystem integration, and test system development. The ideal candidate will have strong hardware engineering experience, preferably within the Medical Device industry.

Required Skills:

Electrical Design and Test Fixture Development
Medical Device Industry experience (Preferred)
Analog and Digital Circuit Design & Debugging
Subsystem-Level Electrical Integration and Characterization
Semi-Automated Test System Development
Low-Voltage/High-Current Power Electronics
Hands-on Troubleshooting using Lab Equipment
Development and Validation of Jigs, Fixtures, and Prototypes
Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 8D, CAPA
Design Change Management (ECR/ECO) and V&V Support
IEC 60601 Standards Knowledge
FMEA, Failure Analysis, and Design Reviews

Responsibilities:

Support medical equipment sustenance engineering activities.
Investigate field issues and implement corrective actions.
Drive design changes and maintain engineering documentation.
Support PCBAs, assemblies, and electrical test systems.
Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Service teams.
Manage component obsolescence and product lifecycle updates.
Design, develop, and validate test fixtures and prototypes.
