Transportation Engineer | 5 to 8 years | Johnson City, TN

You want to design the road, run the project, and talk to the client. Not wait a decade for permission. In an office of around 10, you will not be waiting.

THE WORK
Transportation across East and Middle Tennessee, run out of Johnson City with active work in Nashville. Sidewalk and bikeway programs, complete and green streets, corridor and traffic planning, ADA, and the drainage and stormwater side of roadway design. Agency and municipal projects, hands on from design through delivery. The firm is 100 percent employee owned, so what you ship is partly your own.

WHAT YOU BRING
Five to eight years in transportation or site civil design. A Tennessee PE, or near enough to see it. Someone who wants the client conversation sooner rather than later.

$100,000 to $128,000 base
A stake in a 100 percent employee owned firm
401k with a full dollar for dollar match on your first 3 percent, Safe Harbor up to 4.5 percent
