Build custom UI endpoints and web interfaces that integrate with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure Functions, and related enterprise systems.
Support the development of reusable AI agent workflows and skills, including GitHub Copilot extensions and MCP-based integrations.
Create scoped system prompts and technical instructions to support agentic workflows, including IT operations, DevOps, observability, and resilience use cases.
Provide contextual engineering support by documenting internal environments, APIs, design systems, and domain-specific knowledge for AI tools.
Assess and support the use of enterprise AI platforms, including Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, and related technologies.
Partner with internal teams to ensure AI platforms are secure, highly available, and aligned with business requirements.

Support AI-assisted DevOps workflows, including code reviews, bug fixes, infrastructure support, and deployment of serverless agents.
Monitor AI platform usage, system activity, and application performance to support reliability and governance.
Assist with account administration, access control verification, technical support, and system monitoring.
Collaborate with external MSP and MSSP partners on security, infrastructure, and operational support.
Support custom reporting requirements for business teams, including management, finance, and accounting stakeholders.
Maintain process documentation, technical procedures, and knowledge base materials.
Contribute to future IT roadmap planning, policies, standards, and platform improvement initiatives.
Support special projects as required, including limited off-hours support where necessary.
Required Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
3–4 years of Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or equivalent development experience.
Frontend engineering experience, including building user-facing interfaces, dashboards, or internal tools.
Strong understanding of modern web application principles and software development practices.
High-level understanding of computer hardware, software, and enterprise systems.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues across applications, integrations, and user workflows.
Experience with Windows environments and Microsoft Office 365.
Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP protocols.
Strong communication skills and the ability to support both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures, documentation, and internal controls.
Preferred Experience
Experience in any of the following areas would be highly beneficial:
Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot, or other enterprise AI platforms.
Prompt engineering, context engineering, or AI agent development.
Azure development, Azure Functions, Azure Virtual Machines, or Microsoft Foundry.

Working with external development partners, MSPs, or MSSPs.
Technical operations, help desk, or Tier 1/Tier 2 support environments.
AI-assisted DevOps, observability, or infrastructure automation.
Experience working with non-technical SMEs to define, build, and improve software solutions.
Exposure to SDLC policies, coding standards, governance frameworks, and internal controls.
Experience supporting accounting, finance, professional services, or regulated business environments.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who is proactive, commercially aware, and comfortable working in a growing technology environment. The successful candidate will be able to balance hands-on engineering with platform support, stakeholder engagement, and governance responsibilities.
You should be comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating with colleagues across IT, operations, security, and business teams.
