Senior Embedded Software Engineer

A well-established leader in the Defense sector is seeking experienced engineers to deliver high-performance communications solutions mission-critical operations.

Join a high-performing engineering team building next-gen products and R&D programs where you’ll contribute across the embedded stack, from low-level drivers to networking, security, and real-time applications.

You will:
Develop embedded software for networking
Build Linux drivers, BSPs (ARM / RISC-V), and system-level features
Implement security protocols, encryption, and compliance standards
Create network management tools and web interfaces
Improve system performance, reliability, and security
Write test software for validation and performance

Required experience
5+ years in embedded software development
Strong C programming
Linux kernel/driver experience
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar

Preferred experience
Networking (IP, Ethernet sockets)
Security protocols (IPsec, CNSA suite)
Experience with SoCs (AMD, Microchip, etc.)

Location: Irvine, CA

Salary $140,000-$220,000 (based on experience)
Additional Requirements: US citizenship is required due to government regulations
