Test Developer Engineer

Job Description

1.Developing and documenting new test systems or their variants in a software and hardware environment. 2.C family languages including C#, source code version control tools and object oriented paradigm; Programming languages including Python, TCL, XML scripting, MatLab, and LabView; 3.Using analog radio frequency instruments to make conducted and radiated measurements using signal analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and vector network analyzers; 4.Creating design specifications for test and troubleshooting of devices under test; 5.Analog RF; 6.Implementing and verifying new test methods including remote control of devices under test and automating control of measurement equipment; 7.Supporting test station setup, troubleshooting, maintenance and calibration; Supporting product designers in prototype debugging and performance evaluation; 8.Working on test system performance and stability improvement using statistical data analysis and interpretation techniques including test time reduction, yield improvement, and false failure reduction; 9.Developing test methods by using analog and digital electronics; 10.Far/near field antenna measurements; 11.Reading and understanding electrical schematics and working with PCB layout tools; 12.Digital signal processing; 13.Measurement uncertainty calculation; 14.Using a radio design bench tool software integration and verification to communicate with RF instruments including signal generators, analyzers, and power meters; 15.Embedded software continuous integration of CI/CD pipelines to automate the testing and deployment process.
