Validation \& Engineering Group Inc V\&EG a Pinnaql company is a leading services supplier who provides solutions for the Pharmaceutical Biotechnology Chemical Food and Medical Devices industries in the following areas Laboratory Compliance Computer Engineering Project Management Validation and other services We are seeking a talented dedicated individual committed to work under the highest ethics standards for the following position Industrial EngineerPosition Summary We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to support manufacturing and business process optimization initiatives focused on improving operational performance supply continuity and process efficiency This role is responsible for analyzing designing and implementing process improvements that increase manufacturing capacity reduce lead time minimize work in process WIP improve fill rates and enhance overall operational flow Key Responsibilities Analyze design and implement manufacturing andor business process improvements to increase operational capacity reduce lead times eliminate non value added activities reduce WIP and improve fill rates and efficiencyConduct capacity analyses for internal operations and suppliers including headcount equipment utilization and space requirementsUtilize simulation software and analytical tools to model processes and support decision makingDesign implement and maintain performance metrics and KPIs with internal customers and suppliers to support uninterrupted supplyPartner with cross functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve product supply issuesIdentify process bottlenecks and implement sustainable corrective actionsSupport continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma Kaizen and Value Stream MappingRequired Qualifications Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Manufacturing Engineering Mechanical Engineering or related discipline3 years of experience in industrial engineering manufacturing engineering operations or process improvement in a manufacturing environmentExperience with capacity analysis process optimization and operational efficiency improvementsStrong analytical and problem solving skillsExperience collaborating in cross functional manufacturing environments and with suppliersPreferred Qualifications Experience in regulated or complex manufacturing environments preferredKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologiesAt Validation \& Engineering Group people always come first We believe that when youre empowered to do your best work bold ideas thrive and real progress happens This isnt just a job its an opportunity to make a meaningful difference by shaping the future of healthcare and technology alongside a purpose driven supportive team Excited to build something meaningful together We look forward to hearing from you Validation \& Engineering Group is an equal opportunity employer All applicants will be considered for employment without regard to race color religion sex sexual orientation gender identity national origin veteran status or disability status
