### Must have:

### - 8 to 12+ years of experience in data engineering, software engineering, or a closely related technical discipline - Strong command of the full ETL lifecycle, including architecture, build, tuning, and ongoing support - Advanced Python skills for large-scale data handling and pipeline creation - Practical experience in AWS cloud environments such as EC2, Lambda, EKS, and S3 - Proven experience leading technical efforts or mentoring engineering teams - Solid understanding of scalable data architecture and modern engineering best practices - Experience working in Agile development settings - Exposure to workflow orchestration tools like Apache Airflow - Familiarity with containerization platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes - Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on improving data quality and operational efficiency - Ability to obtain or maintain a U.S. security clearance; U.S. citizenship may be required

- Lead the design, development, and refinement of scalable ETL pipelines and enterprise data workflows - Build and deploy robust Python-based data processing solutions in production environments - Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and provide hands-on technical guidance - Improve data quality, pipeline stability, scalability, and operational performance - Partner with engineering leadership, product stakeholders, and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment - Contribute to cloud-native data solutions in AWS and support infrastructure modernization efforts - Take part in technical planning, solution design sessions, and long-term data strategy discussions - Diagnose complex data engineering issues and recommend best practices and process enhancements - Act as a senior technical contributor who leads by example while staying hands-on - Help shape and scale modern cloud-based data solutions within a growing engineering team
