### Must have:

### - We require a bachelors degree in electrical engineering, with a power systems emphasis preferred. - We are looking for candidates with 0--2 years of experience; internships and co-ops count toward this. - EIT certification is a plus, or progress toward obtaining it. - Familiarity with power system software such as SKM, ETAP, or EasyPower is an advantage. - We value self-starters with strong learning agility. - We need effective communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

- We perform power system analysis, design, and troubleshooting. - We carry out power quality testing and on-site field investigations. - We support electrical design and system improvement initiatives. - We gather and review system data using monitoring equipment. - We apply NEC, NFPA, IEEE, and ANSI standards in our work. - We collaborate with project teams to help deliver safe, high-quality project execution. - We learn from and work closely with our leadership team.
