### - We need strong, hands-on Python development experience. - We require experience working in the Atlassian ecosystem, with Jira specifically required and Confluence strongly preferred. - We need the ability to work at the implementation level with APIs, scripting, and backend configurations rather than only as an end user. - We require experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipelines. - We need a proven track record of thriving in a cross-functional, fast-moving environment. - We look for strong problem-solving ability and comfort working in ambiguous or changing situations. - Exposure to Jira Align is preferred. - Experience supporting or integrating additional SaaS tools such as Miro or similar platforms is preferred. - A background in tooling enablement, automation, or internal platform engineering is preferred.

Responsibilities:

- We design, build, and improve solutions within the Atlassian ecosystem, including Jira, Confluence, and related tools. - We develop backend logic, integrations, and automations using Python. - We work with APIs, scripting, and system configurations to address complex tooling challenges. - We support CI/CD workflows using GitHub and GitHub Actions. - We partner across product, engineering, UX, and other internal teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions. - We assess incoming requests and decide on the best delivery path, whether building internally or collaborating with engineering teams. - We identify opportunities to automate work, improve efficiency, and streamline processes. - We help expand support for additional SaaS tools and platforms as our environment grows.
