### Must have:

### - We need 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) or financial systems, including at least 5 years working with OneStream. - We are looking for deep OneStream architecture expertise, including Business Rules, Extensibility, APIs, and platform administration. - We require advanced VB.NET and scripting skills for OneStream custom development. - We value strong SQL and relational database capabilities, with proven experience designing complex data integrations. - We expect a strong record of optimizing application performance at enterprise scale. - We need solid knowledge of financial close, consolidation, planning, and forecasting processes. - We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience. - We expect excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate finance needs into technical solutions and present to senior stakeholders. - We prefer experience with cloud-hosted EPM deployments, automation tools, and CI/CD practices for application releases. - We value prior leadership in platform governance, SOX/ITGC controls, or large-scale EPM migrations. - We consider familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, and NetSuite an advantage. - We also look for strong attention to detail, accuracy in data handling, advanced computer literacy, independent working ability, strong problem-solving skills, effective prioritization, adaptability, confidentiality, and confident collaboration across teams and leaders.

Responsibilities:

- We lead the architecture, design, development, and delivery of complex OneStream solutions across consolidations, close, planning, forecasting, reconciliations, reporting, workflows, security, and automation. - We develop and review OneStream Business Rules, VB.NET extensions, APIs, and automation frameworks to meet global finance needs. - We define and enforce technical standards, metadata design, release controls, environment strategy, and platform governance to ensure performance, scalability, maintainability, and security. - We design and oversee enterprise integrations between OneStream and ERP, data warehouse, BI/analytics, and HR systems using ETL/ELT, APIs, and SFTP. - We own performance tuning for calculations, memory, and metadata, and handle incident escalation, root-cause analysis, and remediation for critical production issues. - We produce architecture documentation, runbooks, migration plans, and governance materials to support audits, SOX/ITGC compliance, disaster recovery, and operational continuity. - We provide hands-on technical leadership and mentoring to internal developers and external integrators, while collaborating with Finance Systems leadership, IT, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and vendors.
