### Must have:

### - 0-2 years of experience in an IT support or help desk capacity. - Basic understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). - Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Administration and Windows operating systems. - Introductory knowledge of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and user management. - Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting abilities. - Capacity to prioritize tasks and respond swiftly. - Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service. - Capability to adhere to procedures and escalate issues as necessary. - Eagerness to learn new technologies and advance within the position. - Relevant certifications such as MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals are advantageous.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver remote and on-site technical assistance to end users. - Diagnose elementary hardware, software, and network complications. - Set up and deploy desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices. - Aid in the onboarding and offboarding of users, including account setup and device readiness. - Conduct regular maintenance tasks and implement system updates. - Monitor and address support tickets promptly and professionally. - Refer unresolved issues to Level Two Engineers when required. - Document support processes, solutions, and system settings. - Oversee asset inventory and help track equipment. - Provide support for Microsoft 365 services like Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
