### Must have:

### - We need at least 7 years of experience managing IT systems. - We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, an associate degree, or equivalent practical experience. - We want proven expertise with our primary systems. - We need advanced knowledge of Microsoft domain technologies, Microsoft Azure, Active Directory administration, Group Policy, and Office 365 in an enterprise environment. - We require advanced experience with server virtualization platforms, especially VMware and some Microsoft Hyper-V. - We need advanced understanding of networking concepts, including routers, managed switches, VLANs, WLANs, and UTM/NGFW firewalls. - We expect prior experience with technical writing and documentation. - We prefer experience in an MSP environment. - We prefer Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate AZ-104 certification. - We prefer Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification.

Responsibilities:

- We oversee, monitor, manage, and enhance physical infrastructure for our internal and client IT environments, including SD-WAN, firewalls, switches, wireless access points, server hosts, SAN devices, storage hardware, and related network/server equipment. - We oversee, monitor, manage, and improve virtual infrastructure, including VMware and Hyper-V servers, control portals, virtual appliances, Microsoft Azure services, and Microsoft 365 tenants. - We monitor, test, and verify backups and disaster recovery plans while maintaining compliance with SSAE standards and client contract requirements. - We provide technical leadership and support to our internal team and clients, both onsite and remotely, as needed. - We manage network utilization monitoring tools and dashboards. - We develop, test, and refine new and existing IT systems in partnership with our VP of Technology. - We keep documentation current, including network diagrams for systems within our scope. - We take ownership of designated primary systems. - We create, maintain, and improve documentation and SOPs. - We perform on-call duties as assigned. - We may travel as needed to support clients.
