Responsibilities:

- We participate across the full software development life cycle and software testing life cycle. - We collaborate with business users and other stakeholders to close requirement gaps and update business and technical specifications. - We define project scope and ensure delivery aligns with agreed commitments. - We develop user stories and process workflows to support CRM implementation. - We perform data analysis, transformation, and loading activities during functional testing using Data Loader. - We create use cases and test scripts for automated regression testing, including page customization through Community Builder and lightning components. - We support Quality Center/ALM administration, including setting up users, groups, domains, and projects. - We prepare automation test strategies, test plans, and schedules for Prescriptive CRM applications. - We contribute to technology modernization efforts such as SQL Server upgrades, Windows Server removal, and Office migration. - We execute test scenarios across SQL compatibility levels to validate remediated code and assess impacts on legacy applications. - We carry out SQL database operations, including data changes and stored procedure execution with parameters. - We build and run automation scripts using Selenium WebDriver and TestNG. - We design and improve test automation scripts using HP Unified Functional Testing and ALM. - We develop automation suites for both Waterfall and Agile delivery models.
