Electrical Test Engineer

### Must have:

### - We require a bachelors degree in electrical engineering or a closely related field. - We typically look for 2 to 5 years of experience in aerospace, defense, or avionics. - We value experience with schematic capture and PCB layout; Altium experience is a plus. - We look for strong PCB soldering skills, including surface-mount and through-hole work; familiarity with IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 is a plus. - We value harness design and assembly experience; familiarity with IPC/WHMA-A-620 is a plus. - We expect proficiency with electrical test equipment such as oscilloscopes, DMMs, power supplies, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers. - We want experience designing and developing test hardware and software for product-specific testing needs. - We require fluency in LabVIEW and C/C /C#; experience with TestStand, Python, and MATLAB is a plus. - We look for proficiency with circuit simulation tools such as PSPICE and LTSPICE. - Familiarity with MIL-STD-461 is a plus. - You must be a U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities:

- We evaluate program requirements to determine the right test methods and equipment. - We assist in reviewing test system architecture and implementing software and hardware design. - We determine hardware selection criteria for test setup needs. - We develop custom software libraries and drivers to support test equipment operations. - We support testing across the product lifecycle, including development, qualification, and production. - We draft test procedures, review data, and prepare test reports. - We design schematics and PCBs for test fixtures and deliverable electronics. - We draft and review electrical engineering documentation such as schematics, PCBs, CCAs, cable harnesses, and bills of materials.
