### Must have:

### - We require a minimum B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited engineering program. - We are looking for a collaborative team player who can work closely with another team member in a coordinated process. - We need someone who is comfortable following established procedures and working within defined workflows. - We require strong written and verbal communication skills in English. - We need advanced proficiency in Excel and a high level of attention to detail. - Preferred experience includes electronic circuit design and the ability to make initial selections or adjust engineering alternatives. - Preferred capability to work with purchasing, receiving inspection, distribution, and manufacturer representatives. - Preferred ability to understand electronic component types, their basic circuit functions, and how to locate required data from datasheets. - We prefer candidates with 1-3 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

- We select components by analyzing specifications and reliability requirements. - We communicate findings and take action based on our analyses. - We contribute ideas in a team setting, support design solutions, and participate in design reviews. - We develop recommendations within established guidelines, with supervisor review before implementation. - We maintain databases, files, and spreadsheets so others have accurate and current information. - We verify the completeness and accuracy of data submissions and forms, then enter information into the appropriate system. - We respond to standard inquiries and analyze moderately complex information using our judgment. - We research and resolve discrepancies by following prescribed procedures and escalating more complex requests when needed. - We update and maintain process documentation. - We prepare correspondence and reports in support of department activities. - We retrieve records or data and distribute information to internal team members and external customers as needed. - We may take on additional project work aligned with our skills and departmental needs. - We analyze technical requirements written by others to determine the best practical solution for routine issues or projects. - We learn and apply our engineering policies and practices.
