### Must have:
### - We require at least two years of IT technical support experience, or a formal IT education. - We look for hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware and performing basic repairs. - We expect software support and troubleshooting capability. - We need working knowledge of networks. - We value strong communication and customer service skills. - A clean driving record is required. - We need availability for up to 40% to 60% travel, with mileage reimbursement for business use of a personal vehicle. - A+, Network+, or MCP certifications are preferred. - Experience with telephony, VoIP, radio recording, or SQL Server support is a plus.
Responsibilities:

- We provide analysis, diagnosis, and troubleshooting for customer issues by phone, email, and on-site when needed. - We install new equipment at customer locations. - We document service incidents in a tracking system. - We learn new products and applications to maintain strong product expertise. - We support our sales team by answering product questions and helping them understand our solutions. - We carry out basic hardware repairs. - We handle other miscellaneous tasks related to product and customer support activities.
