### Must have:

### - Hands-on expertise with SI testing equipment, including: - Vector Network Analyzer (VNA) (up to 110 GHz) - Time Domain Reflectometer (TDR) - Strong comprehension of signal integrity principles, such as Insertion loss, Mode conversion, De-embedding techniques, and Electromagnetic (EM) principles - Solid engineering foundation in debugging and Design of Experiments (DOE), including test planning and execution - Proficient in Python for data analysis and test automation - Familiarity with industry benchmarks like IEEE 802.3; understanding of OIF CEI specifications is advantageous - Bachelors degree (B.S.) in Electrical Engineering, Electromagnetics (EM), Radio Frequency (RF), or a related field in Signal Integrity - At least 2 years of experience in signal integrity or high-speed hardware testing - Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset - Capability to work collaboratively across design, simulation, and manufacturing teams - Attention to detail with an emphasis on data precision and quality

Responsibilities:

- Conduct Signal Integrity (SI) measurements to assess the performance of copper cables using sophisticated lab equipment - Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis on failed devices under test (DUT), collaborating with manufacturing engineers - Create and implement Design of Experiments (DOE) plans to identify and resolve issues - Correlate measurement outcomes with simulation models in collaboration with the cable design and SI simulation teams - Work alongside design teams on the development of test fixtures and de-embedding techniques - Stay informed on industry standards such as IEEE 802.3 and PCIe to ensure testing methodologies are current - Create and maintain automated test scripts for managing lab equipment and analyzing measurement data - Assist with other cable validation procedures, including mechanical reliability assessments (e.g., flex/bending)
