### Must have:

### - We require a bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related discipline. - We are looking for 3--5 years of experience in electronics testing, ideally within a manufacturing setting. - We expect proficiency with test instruments such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, spectrum analyzers, and automated test equipment (ATE). - We value experience developing test software and scripting, including tools such as LabVIEW and Python. - We need a strong understanding of electronic circuit design and analysis. - We prefer familiarity with PCB manufacturing processes and industry standards. - We look for strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. - We want excellent communication and teamwork skills. - We seek someone with strong attention to detail and a clear commitment to quality. - Relevant certifications such as IPC-A-610, IPC-7711/21, or Six Sigma are considered an advantage.

Responsibilities:

- We will have you design and develop test strategies and automated test systems for electronic boards, including functional, in-circuit, and system-level testing. - We expect you to run tests according to established procedures and verify that products meet technical and quality standards. - You will diagnose, investigate, and resolve issues or failures that arise during the testing process in partnership with design and manufacturing teams. - You will review test data to uncover trends, root causes of failures, and opportunities to improve processes. - You will produce and maintain thorough documentation for test procedures, results, and any changes to testing methods. - We will rely on you to manage and maintain test equipment, ensuring it is calibrated and operating correctly. - You will support continuous improvement efforts by recommending and implementing enhancements to testing methods, equipment, and workflows. - You will ensure all testing activities comply with applicable industry standards, regulations, and company policies. - You will train and guide production staff on testing procedures and best practices. - You will collaborate closely with design, quality assurance, and production teams to integrate testing smoothly into manufacturing.
