### Must have:

### - We need experience in debugging and repairing test assemblies, fixtures, cables, and/or circuit card assemblies (CCAs). - We typically look for a high school diploma or an associate degree, or equivalent two-year post-secondary training, plus at least 2 years of relevant experience. - U.S. citizenship is required because only U.S. citizens may access information under this program/contract. - We prefer strong written, verbal, and electronic communication skills. - We value a solid understanding of health and safety practices. - We prefer candidates who are eager to learn and receptive to constructive feedback. - We look for a continuous improvement mindset. - We prefer a degree or completed coursework in engineering technology or electronics. - We value prior experience in electronics manufacturing or laboratory environments. - We prefer experience reading engineering drawings and using lookup tools. - We prefer experience building multi-pin cables and connectors, with IPC cable inspection certification as a plus. - We value experience with panel and fixture construction and integrated rack installation. - We prefer knowledge of soldering materials, fluxes, solders, and the proper use of soldering equipment and accessories.

Responsibilities:

- We provide debug and repair support for test assemblies used in manufacturing operations for internal customers. - We read engineering drawings and use lookup tools to support our work. - We verify and inspect ITAs (Interface Test Adapters), fixtures, and integrated rack systems. - We repair and build cable harnesses, including inspection and continuity checks. - We assemble and inspect electronic components on printed circuit boards, cable connectors, and other electronic parts according to specifications. - We follow written and verbal instructions provided by our customers.
