### Must have:

### - We require a bachelors degree in a relevant discipline such as computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, or a related engineering field. - We are looking for at least 5 years of experience in artificial intelligence or a closely related area. - We need a strong foundation in software engineering, AI, and machine learning. - We value solid expertise in signal processing theory and practical applications, including radar, communications, electronic warfare, sonar, audio, or biomedical domains. - We expect experience with modern AI methods such as computer vision, deep learning, and reinforcement learning. - We prefer proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. - We prefer hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, or Keras. - We prefer experience using Python libraries such as NumPy, OpenCV, scikit-learn, pandas, and SciPy. - We look for self-motivation, a strong work ethic, and effective time management. - We value excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

- We develop and apply AI technologies to address complex signal processing challenges and deliver innovative solutions. - We contribute across the full system development lifecycle, including requirements definition, system and software design, implementation, integration, and flight testing. - We take ownership of critical assignments and lead technical teams to produce high-quality outcomes. - We help craft proposals and white papers to support funding for AI research and development efforts. - We serve in technical lead roles and mentor junior engineers to strengthen their capabilities. - We collaborate with cross-functional partners to build and deploy AI solutions. - We explain complex technical ideas and solution concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - We work with other teams across our organization to identify and advance opportunities for AI adoption.
