### Must have:

### - We require a bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, or a closely related field. - We are looking for a candidate with hands-on experience in at least one of the following programming languages: C++, Java, Go, Rust, or Python. - We need experience working with DevOps tooling such as Docker or Podman, Kubernetes or Helm, or CI/CD platforms like GitLab, GitHub, or Jenkins. - We require the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance. - We seek a highly motivated professional with a strong background in artificial intelligence and software engineering. - We value strong skills in object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms. - We are looking for someone with familiarity in concurrency, including threaded and multi-processing approaches, as well as I/O concepts such as block storage, networks, and databases. - We want a team-oriented communicator who can collaborate effectively and lead technical efforts when needed. - We prefer candidates with experience mentoring junior engineers and taking on technical lead responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

- We develop software products that apply artificial intelligence to deliver advanced capabilities to our customers. - We participate across the full system development lifecycle, from requirements definition through design, implementation, integration, and flight testing. - We contribute to proof-of-concept work, prototype development, demonstration builds, and the transition of solutions into production. - We write code using modern computer science methods to solve complex problems and deliver innovative technical solutions. - We work with concurrent programming techniques, including threaded and multi-process execution, and handle I/O-related concerns across storage, network, and database environments. - We take on leadership duties as needed and mentor junior engineers to support team growth and capability development. - We collaborate closely with a small, agile team to iterate quickly and mature solutions efficiently. - We help create and refine artificial intelligence solutions for deployment in operational environments.
