Responsibilities:

- We apply expert-level coding knowledge to bug fixing, feature implementation, codebase refactoring, and performance optimization across multiple programming languages. - We analyze and improve software codebases to enhance clarity, maintainability, and efficiency. - We collaborate with multidisciplinary teams by sharing feedback and insights that help improve AI models. - We build robust solutions and document best practices to support scalable AI training workflows. - We review existing system architecture and recommend technical strategies for the best outcomes. - We communicate technical findings and project progress clearly in both written and verbal form. - We support the ongoing improvement of AI systems by contributing real-world engineering expertise in challenging scenarios.
