### - We require a bachelors degree or equivalent. - We require an active U.S. Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI. - We require the ability to meet DoD 8140 Program foundational qualifications. - We require at least 1 year of quality assurance experience. - We require proficiency in modern scripting or programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, or .NET. - We require strong analytical thinking. - We require experience working in an Agile development environment. - We prefer a bachelor of science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science with 2+ years of related experience, or a bachelors degree with 6+ years of directly related experience, or 10+ years of related relevant experience. - We prefer a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Software Engineering. - We prefer certifications such as SSCP, GSEC, CompTIA PenTest/eJPT, CompTIA CySA+, CISSP, and/or CASP+. - We prefer 1+ years of unit test development experience. - We prefer 1+ years of experience with Azure DevOps. - We prefer experience developing test automation.

Responsibilities:

- We design, build, and maintain tests in .NET Framework and .NET 8/10 environments. - We create test plans and test cases from program requirements. - We carry out manual exploratory testing. - We develop automation scripts to expand testing coverage. - We log defects in the bug tracking system and confirm that fixes are working. - We monitor quality assurance metrics such as defect density, open defects, and time to resolution. - We review, analyze, and translate customer requirements into initial software designs. - We develop, maintain, enhance, and optimize software products and integrations. - We debug and resolve issues to improve reliability and performance.

We are hiring a Software Test Engineer in Hazelwood, Missouri to support the Department of Navy Tomahawk Land-Attack Missile program. The base salary range for this role is $70,000 to $86,000. This is a first-shift position, relocation assistance is not available, we do not sponsor work visas, and an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance is required.
