### Must have:

### - We require a bachelors degree or equivalent. - We require an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance, with U.S. citizenship or U.S. Person status for export control compliance. - We require at least 5 years of software engineering experience. - We require at least 5 years of experience with C . - We require at least 1 year of experience with MATLAB. - We require at least 1 year of experience working within an Agile software development lifecycle. - We prefer a B.S. in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science, along with relevant experience for Experienced and Senior levels. - We prefer higher-level clearance, such as an active Top Secret clearance. - We prefer familiarity with physics-based modeling software. - We prefer knowledge of physics-related domains such as flight dynamics, sensors, electromagnetics, weapon models, terrain models, or flight control. - We prefer DevSecOps experience, including version control, continuous integration, containers, and code analysis tools such as Git, GitLab, or CMake. - We prefer experience working in Linux and Windows environments. - We prefer experience with Java in a work or academic setting. - We prefer exposure to MATLAB Coder or real-time software development.

Responsibilities:

- We design, develop, test, and maintain non-embedded software across the full lifecycle in alignment with industry, customer, safety, and regulatory standards. - We review, analyze, and translate customer needs into early software designs. - We lead junior engineers in software development efforts. - We define software interfaces. - We perform unit and integration testing. - We take part in peer reviews. - We support software system integration and testing. - We create and maintain software documentation. - We work with multiple software programming languages. - We develop software solutions for space-based effects in support of air domain missions. - We operate effectively in a multi-contract, multi-program environment and help solve complex technical challenges with innovation and adaptability.
