**Job Purpose**

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be involved in the product development process from ideation to launch, working closely with software engineers, product managers, UI/UX designers, and key stakeholders across the organization to deliver the best digital experiences for our users. You will actively contribute to the success of the team by innovating, participating in technical discussions, and contributing to the development of products that will transform the organization.

**What you'll do**
- -----------------

* Takes scoped problem and accurately executes work, often without guidance from engineering leadership.
* Understands our key technology frameworks used on their team, how they are used, and why they are used.
* Identifies opportunities for refactoring and advocates for funneling that work to engineering roadmap, or into existing customer feature development where appropriate.
* Identifies opportunities to question the status quo and thinks creatively about own work

**What you'll need**
- -------------------

* 2 years of Software Engineering experience
* Has experience with the following technologies (and/or): React, Redux, typescript, .NET core, Kafka, API's, backend and front end technologies
* Has sufficient knowledge to independently interpret and follow procedures associated with specific transactions and practices in one broad work process.
* Independently determines / develops approach to solutions.
