### Must have:

### - Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field - Experience with at least one of the following programming languages: C++, Java, Go, Rust, or Python - Experience with DevOps toolchains such as Docker or Podman, Kubernetes or Helm, or CI/CD platforms like GitLab, GitHub, or Jenkins - Active Secret Clearance - Strong background in artificial intelligence and software engineering - Proven ability to lead technically and mentor junior engineers - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Solid programming skills with object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms - Familiarity with concurrency, including threaded and multiprocessing approaches, and I/O concepts such as block storage, networking, and databases

Responsibilities:

- Build software products that apply artificial intelligence to deliver advanced capabilities for our customers - Contribute across the full system development lifecycle, including requirements definition, design, implementation, integration, and flight testing - Work on proof-of-concept efforts, prototype development, demonstrations, and transitions into production - Use modern computer science practices, including object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms, to solve complex technical problems - Apply concurrency techniques and work with I/O across storage, network, and database environments - Take on leadership duties and mentor junior engineers when needed
