Requirements: Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a related field with at least 9 years of relevant experience, or a master's degree with 7 years, or a doctorate with 3 years. Preferred skills include experience with power distribution, commissioning large facilities, and strong technical writing and communication abilities.
