Sr. Staff Software Engineer - AI Chat

Job Description

You will define the architecture and drive implementation of ChatNow's conversation routing engine, connecting user intent to the right AI agent. You will own features end to end, from design to deployment, ensuring high reliability and performance.

Requirements: Candidates should have over 10 years of professional software engineering experience with strong technical leadership skills. Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, and Go, along with experience in designing APIs and working with Kubernetes, is required.
