Software Test Engineer (Active TS/SCI Clearance with FS Polygraph)

Job Description

* Designs, develops, and implements test plans, test cases, and test processes
* Designs, develops, and maintains suites of automated tests
* Performs Integration \& Testing activities and Acceptance Testing activities
* Builds test environments
* Creates and maintain test environment for automated software testing
* Experience with at least four (4) of the following knowledge areas:

* Test automationdevelopment (or demonstrated development experience)  
* Performance/load/stress testing; Data interface testing, User interface testing, Security testing, Code coverage tools, Systems integration testing

* Provide support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remains involved in the resolution process
* Configure and manage UNIX and Windows (or other applicable) operating systems and installs/loads operating system software, troubleshoot, maintain integrity of and configure network components, along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance

### Required Skills Test

* Six (6) years of experience as a STE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.  
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.  
* A Master's degree may be substituted for two (2) years of experience.  
* Four (4) years of additional Test Engineer experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a degree.
* **Active TS/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph is required**
