Staff Software Engineer, AI/ML

Job Description

You will own the feedback learning roadmap and define the applied research agenda for feedback-driven agentic AI. This includes designing learning loops, building evaluation frameworks, and running large-scale experiments to improve user experience.

Requirements: Candidates should have 8+ years of experience building production AI/ML systems and hands-on experience with reinforcement learning and related techniques. A strong understanding of agentic AI and proficiency in Python and other production languages is essential.
