Job Description

The Telecommunications Engineer will provide engineering, design, and operational support for Southern Company's fiber optic cabling infrastructure. Responsibilities include planning, documenting, implementing, and maintaining fiber cabling solutions that support enterprise telecommunications services.

Requirements: Candidates should have a strong working knowledge of fiber optic cabling engineering and experience with long-haul optical transport networks. A bachelor's degree in Engineering is required, with a preference for Electrical Engineering or Telecommunications.
