### Must have:

### - We require the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance, with U.S. citizenship necessary for eligibility. - We require an active Secret DoD clearance starting on day one. - We are looking for someone with strong integration and test experience, including test procedure development, test execution, test reporting, and test automation. - We need proficiency with common productivity and work-management tools such as Microsoft products and tasking platforms like Jira or IBM EWM. - We typically require a STEM degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with at least 3 years of experience. - Preferred experience includes communications radio and systems such as SATCOM, LOS/BLOS, AEHF, PTW, or V/UHF. - Preferred experience includes environmental qualification testing. - Preferred experience includes system-level integration, verification, and validation for ground, ship, submarine, or airborne platforms. - Preferred experience includes supporting software application and hardware development. - Preferred experience includes virtual machine design and deployment. - Preferred proficiency with modeling tools such as CAMEO or Rhapsody. - We value outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively with IPT leaders, engineers, program managers, and customers.

Responsibilities:

- We lead the development of full lifecycle solutions from CONOPS through validation. - We define and carry out lab activities, including setup, configuration management, and testing. - We integrate solutions into their intended operating environment. - We coach and review the work of less experienced professionals. - We influence others on policies, practices, and procedures. - We manage small projects or processes. - We prepare for and/or execute design reviews, integration testing, dry runs, and formal qualification testing. - We review minor changes and document moderate changes in systems or processes to solve complex technical problems. - We influence decision-makers by recommending courses of action. - We analyze and document system behavior. - We support system trade studies, requirements analysis, and allocation to subsystems. - We define modeling, hardware, and software interfaces.
