Engineering Manager (Platform)

Job Description

You will manage a team of engineers across Infrastructure, Payments & Finance, and DevEx/QA, ensuring reliability and quality in the platform. Additionally, you will partner with Product to shape the roadmap and drive execution for your team.

Requirements: Candidates should have 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years in a management role, with a strong focus on code quality and reliability. Experience with payments infrastructure and AI fluency is essential.
