Senior Software Engineer - Developer Platform

Job Description

As a senior engineer, you'll lead initiatives end to end, defining how Pave builds software and improving developer workflows. You'll partner closely with engineers across product and data to enhance developer velocity and reliability.

Requirements: Candidates should have 4+ years of experience in backend, infrastructure, or developer experience, with a strong understanding of cloud architecture. A proven ability to lead large projects and improve developer velocity with AI tooling is essential.
