Staff Industrial & Production Planning Engineer

Job Description

Lead and develop a cross-functional team of Industrial Engineers, IE Technicians, and Production Planners while owning capacity planning and labor optimization across all manufacturing lines. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and manage production and downtime plans across Energy product lines.

Requirements: Candidates should have a degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering and at least 8 years of relevant experience in industrial or manufacturing engineering. Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and strong analytical skills are essential.
